RETURN, REFUND & SHIPPING POLICY

At Agama Shakti Publication, every copy of Flexible Mindset – Path to Success is treated with care and attention. As an independent publishing imprint, we personally oversee the preparation, inspection, signing (where requested), packaging and dispatch of our books.

We request customers to read and understand the following policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Change-of-Mind Returns or Refunds

➜ All purchases are considered final once an order has been confirmed and processing has commenced.

➜ We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges or buybacks simply because a customer changes their mind, no longer wishes to keep the book, or is dissatisfied with their personal purchasing decision.

➜ Customers are requested to carefully consider their purchase, review the book description, specifications, pricing and order details before making payment.

➜ By proceeding with a purchase, customers acknowledge and agree to this policy, subject to their rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Quality Inspection Before Dispatch

We take individual responsibility for preparing every book before it leaves our premises.

➜ Each copy is carefully inspected for visible printing defects, cover condition, binding and general physical quality.

➜ Where a signed edition is requested, the author's signature and any requested dedication are checked before packaging.

➜ Photographs of the book and its packaging are taken before dispatch as part of our internal quality-control and shipment documentation process.

➜ Each book is securely packaged with protective materials before being handed over to the designated postal or courier service.

Our intention is to ensure that every customer receives the same quality of product that was inspected and approved before dispatch.

3. Shipping, Handling & Transit Responsibility

➜ Once a parcel has been handed over to the postal or courier service, its transportation and handling are undertaken by that service provider.

➜ Agama Shakti Publication takes reasonable precautions to ensure proper packaging and secure dispatch.

➜ Transit-related delays, mishandling, loss or damage will be reported to the relevant postal or courier service for investigation and resolution in accordance with its applicable terms and conditions.

➜ Customers are requested to retain the original packaging if a parcel arrives visibly damaged.

Please note that this provision does not exclude any responsibility or remedy that may apply to Agama Shakti Publication under applicable law.

4. Reporting Damage or Discrepancies

Although every reasonable precaution is taken, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur during transportation.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect or materially defective book, please contact us.

➜ Include your order number and registered contact details.

➜ Attach clear photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label and the book showing the reported damage or discrepancy.

➜ Where possible, report the issue within 48 hours of delivery so that we can promptly investigate and coordinate with the relevant postal or courier service.

Every genuine complaint will be reviewed individually and handled with due consideration.

Where a product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise qualifies for a remedy under applicable consumer protection laws, the appropriate resolution will be considered in accordance with those laws.

5. Pre-orders & Order Processing

➜ Books are procured and prepared in batches after receiving customer orders.

➜ Customers should understand that this is an independent publishing operation and that printing and fulfilment may require additional time.

➜ Estimated fulfilment and dispatch information will be communicated to customers before purchase.

➜ Orders involving personalised signatures or handwritten dedications require additional preparation.

➜ Once an order has entered procurement or personalisation, cancellation requests may not be accepted, subject to applicable legal requirements.

6. Personalised & Author-Signed Editions

➜ Customers selecting a personally signed edition are responsible for providing accurate names and dedication instructions.

➜ Personalised inscriptions are prepared according to the information submitted during checkout.

➜ Change-of-mind requests concerning personalised inscriptions or signed copies will not ordinarily be accepted once preparation has commenced.

➜ This does not affect remedies available where a personalised product is incorrectly prepared or otherwise fails to meet the agreed description.

7. Our Commitment to Fair Consideration

Agama Shakti Publication is a small, independent publishing imprint associated with author Vishal Chandrashekhar Rajput.

We operate with limited resources and personally oversee the preparation and fulfilment of our publications. We therefore request customers to approach every purchase thoughtfully and understand the nature of an independent publishing operation.

At the same time, we believe that every genuine concern deserves attention.

➜ Every complaint will be considered individually.

➜ Genuine circumstances will be approached with understanding and compassion.

➜ Where a discrepancy is established, an appropriate resolution will be considered in accordance with the circumstances and applicable laws.

➜ Agama Shakti Publication, under the direction of Vishal Chandrashekhar Rajput, will review complaints and determine the appropriate response, without limiting any consumer's statutory rights or remedies.

8. Customer Acknowledgement

By proceeding with payment and confirming an order, customers acknowledge that they have:

➜ Read and understood the book description and product specifications.

➜ Reviewed the pricing, shipping and fulfilment information.

➜ Read and understood the Return, Refund & Shipping Policy.

➜ Understood that change-of-mind returns, refunds and buybacks are not offered.

➜ Agreed to the stated terms, subject always to applicable consumer protection laws.
